No Guarantee Policy
PlotPaisa does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Property sale
- Property purchase
- Subsidy approval
- Interest rates
- Bank sanction
- Disbursement timelines
- Profit, investment return, or appreciation
All approvals are subject to third-party lender policies, government regulations, and applicant eligibility.
User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to upload fake documents
- Not to engage in fraud or impersonation
- To independently verify property legality
- To comply with Indian laws and regulations
Users are solely responsible for:
- Property verification
- Legal due diligence
- Tax obligations
- Financial decisions
Property Listing Disclaimer
PlotPaisa does not guarantee ownership authenticity, title clearance, legal approvals, or property legality unless specifically verified and mentioned.
Users must independently verify:
- Ownership
- Registry records
- Encumbrances
- Government approvals
- RERA status
- Tax liabilities
Financial Services Disclaimer
PlotPaisa is not a bank or NBFC.
Loan services are facilitated through:
- Banks
- NBFCs
- Financial institutions
- DSA/channel partners
Loan approvals are solely decided by the respective lender.
Third-Party Services

Communication Consent

- Designs
